Warrantee Returns/Refund Policy

You may return, at your expense, any item(s) ordered from us within ninety (90) days of receipt of goods. You have your choice of a full refund, including our shipping and handling charge, or a replacement shipped to you at no additional charge. Some styles, if not available, will be replaced with an equivalent item.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any order placed with us by calling (956) 463-4375 or by email. If the item(s) have already been shipped out, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us at your expense. Upon receipt of goods, we will issue a full refund of the original charge, including our shipping and handling.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

We normally ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. Our standard shipping and handling fee for domestic orders is $7 USD, and we use USPS Priority Mail. International orders are sent out using First Class International Mail, and most international packages will be $12 USD for shipping and handling.
